Questions

When am I charged?

Invoices are created at 6:00 AM on the 1st, emailed with a PDF, and charged to your saved card or bank account the same day.

Can I pay by invoice instead?

Yes. Choose "Pay by bank transfer" at checkout and we send invoices with Net 30 terms and a pay-online link.

What if a payment fails?

We retry automatically over 14 days and email your billing contact each time. Campaigns keep running during retries.

How does AWS Marketplace billing work?

The same plans and usage appear as line items on your AWS bill. AWS collects payment; you don't receive a separate invoice from us.
